I don’t know - except that it is considered the pedestrian always, always, always has the right of way. Just as it is in suburbanville. He was about to plow into another group of people when he swerved into the dead woman screaming “Get out of the way!” I’ve been yelled at by maniac cyclists - coming from uptown to downtown at extremely high speeds. Uptown is called such because it is at an elevated level. I almost lost my life to one of these maniacs on Lexington Avenue. Add to that the Chinese takeout drivers who drive on the sidewalks to deliver food and you would know how crazy it is.

This should have been cracked down on the 1970s.

Hi. I really appreciate it. All I have is freepers piling on me. I am probably wrong I guess. But I still want to see what comes out. The cyclist seems like an educated and respectable guy. Not some low life. We shall see but you seem more correct than me on this :)

Thanks for the insight. It seems that perhaps Nanny Bloomberg could have better spent his time on this issue rather than 32 oz. soda.
