I would make sure there were some, if only for a few seconds. Then ISIL would not be there. Nor would the WMD.

I was discussing a terrible wreck that happened in Houston several decades ago. An ammonia truck overturned and people closest to it breathed the fumes and died. For others, farther away, it ws terrible sickness, and for some a slow death.

My friend who is a chemical engineer, said, “Too much of ANYTHING in the lungs can kill you, even water” So just about anything can be WMD if it fills your lungs!

They use gas—we should use Gas on them. Send them Sarin, or Nerve Gas—Maybe some Ebola? Maybe some Radiation bombs? They do not fight fair so we should be able to unleash the horrors of modern war upon them.
