I can believe that they want an attack to happen, that would certainly be a crisis that they wouldn't let go to waste. They could make all kinds of hay out of it, they wouldn't care if a few hundred Americans died in the process.

An attack across the border would be the only way to get a decent fence built. I really think some kind of terrorist incident is inevitable
