Eh, I don't know about that. It matters quite a bit that a drug, once pretty obscure, is now flooding, not only inner cities but also, suburbia and rural towns.
It matters quite a bit to us as a society when we are losing much of our younger generations to lifelong addictions. (few ever kick heroin)
