Turns out she was having sex in a parked car. A fact omitted in early reports.

She was apparently having sex in the car, with her top up and breasts exposed, the car door open, and everybody around could see them. That's what generated the complaint. And TMZ has the pictures.

The "civil rights" leaders want her to apologize because she makes them look bad, and it will be yet one more phoney incident that people can point to when somebody cries "racist!".
