Made a nice brunch for Dad & Sis, this late morning: Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict - Hollandaise Free Version!, but with Creme Fraisch on top. The smoked salmon was exquisite.

Not sure. But now that you mention it, I’ve been having weird little problems this weekend with my cell phone Blue Tooth interface to my Ford Edge “SYNC”. The SYNC itself has been running really slow and doing goofy things (it uses a Microsoft OS).
