Mandeville, LA - It's updates from California and New Jersey, new shotguns, hunters education classes, and more, this week on Tom Gresham's Gun Talk® Radio, the original nationally-syndicated radio talk show about guns and the shooting sports.
Attorney Daniel Rodriguez is representing Kent Williams, the Bakersfeld Vice-Principal who was arrested by local police after it was discovered he was carrying a concealed weapon on campus. The problem? With a permit, it's actually legal, and the police are saying now they didn't know any better. Rodriguez visits with Tom on Sunday to discuss what happened, and where Mr. Williams job status stands. Should have arrested the Browns FG Kicker.
PA has no classes for CHL??
I hope the lawyer calls back to update the false arrest. These cops need you be fired!
Just apply, go thru background check, pay $25 and you get a CCW.
Howdy
Yeah, that’s odd. Bakersfield is pretty conservative, redneck and one of the easiest places in the state to get a ccw. I don’t see where he broke a law, so I wonder why he needs one of our better criminal atty’s for breaking a school ploicy.
Good in a way, but you really need to be educated on reciprocity laws and state laws.
My buddy got popped on one going to FLA but they let him go on his way.
That Marine is still in the pokey in Mexico?
Hell of a massive purple-red-cell storm hitting us now; lights are flickering and APC unit is beeping. We can sure use the rain, but not this much, this quick. Yikes!
