The reason he will not supply what is needed to fight them is because he stated he would remove our troop from Iraq and democrats can never be wrong. He will resist putting troops in Iraq again to the death. He will not say he was wrong no matter what. He is a slob.
Never has an American leader pursued a war in which his greatest concern was offending our enemy. Theater of the absurd is now official policy.
The government, overall led by an ideology which lives in denial of the fallen nature of man, and the measures needed to deal with it, missed the best opportunity to deal most effectively with ISIS when they were operating with impunity and concentrated apart from a fleeing populace.
But they hardly could be ready to do so as professors and students of said ideology finds the reality of such evil as a very uncomfortable and unwanted reminder of the depravity of man, and greatly resists acknowledging it, and have to be compelled to do something to deal with it, but which is mainly driven by self interest. (This is why liberals will call the police when they are threatened, bit otherwise tend to protest any real visible use of force, and to see those in prison as victims.)
For instead they vainly try to imagine all such evil will just go away by ignoring it, as it is all part of a bygone era which ended with George Bush, who spoke of things as evil or good in a world they only see as good and grey.
And which era has ended with the rising of their political Messiah, her to transform America into His image, and who must reign till he hath put all his enemies (from those who do not subscribe to his victim-entitlement mentality, to raising the flag of Sodom, to those who oppose government mandated diets) under his feet.
