That is the normal way of killing a chicken. That is not the Ranger Way which is a brutal, grotesque way of killing a chicken.
A buddy of mine who got his tab in 68 said that the cadre devised this method in Ranger School to wean out the squeamish students.
Rangers train for an entire month on 1 MRE a day. My friends that earned their tab each lost at least 30 pounds. I weasel encouraged to go after Airborne school. I’m not a runner, can’t run six miles in thirty minutes.
