Which is precisely why ALL Public Servants and Officers of the Court should be under Penalty of Perjury for ANY AND ALL statements made, regardless of where they were made. As A Lawyer he should be disbarred immediately.
IIRC the protection is part of the current Constitution we would expect you to defend till your death.
