Collect all the Ebola virus in Africa. Then spray it over Iraq, Syria, Libya,
Iran and Afghanistan. That would solve two problems.
I think because the Democrats poll numbers are in the tank, and there's and election coming. It looks like nothing more than a cynical ploy to create the perception that Obama did all this just recently, to create the illusion he's taking immediate, decisive action against ISIS.
