I should revise and extend my remarks to say the part of the world that is eastern Asia and the South Pacific being called the Orient, not just Asia because not all of Asia would be considered the Orient.
Kind of like referring to that part of the middle east, including Israel, as the Levant. What’s next... a state controlling ALL of the Levant?
