I agree with your first statement, nothing good comes from that continent (even oil and minerals are tainted with blood and cruelty).
I will point out that we have a Customs and Border Protection agency that inspects incoming cargo through designated border crossing points and African cargo is low hanging fruit.
I live outside Philly and know of women from Liberia who are here but have family in Liberia. What can I tell them to tell their family members in Liberia to do. What should they stock up on (lots of Gaterade, etc?) that will help them. Even if to give moms some peace of mind and raise chances of survival.
