The public schools have not been about education for at least two generations. Common Core is another installment in a long-term program of dumbing down the students and promoting a Leftist social agenda.

Math is obviously racially biased to give whites the edge.

The Normal Lear show Good Times did an episode on this where Micheal refuses to take an IQ test because its racially biased by having questions referring to white middle class norms rather than black ghetto culture.

Public schools are a 19th century paradigm that outlived its usefulness in the late 20th century.

You can use places like Khanacademy.org to EASILY home school your kids and they will be FAR better educated than any child in public school. And they may complete the whole thing in five or six years, rather than 13.

If we were serious about teaching math, we'd carefully study how it is done in countries that have excellent6 results.

I struggled with math for years until I found the right teachers and courses that TAUGHT MATH, and were not selling professors' lousy textbooks.
