We have had a succession of BAD Presidents since Reagan left office, each worse than the one before. Bush II was better than Clinton but worise than his daddy who betrayed the Reagan Revolution.
LIke the Clintons, Kennedys and Obama, the Bushes are one worlders.
Bush is anything but stupid. He was forced to make hard decisions at a very hard time. Anyone would have made mistakes. He made gaffes big deal. I agree with 80% of his decisions, more or less.
I agree that those years could have been handled better, but as they say, hindsight is 20/20.
