Agree. No four year old should be switched multiple times until he bleeds. Nobody should be subjected to that.
A firm swat to the butt, open handed, one time worked for me.
An adult who loves their child would not beat them that many times to the point of bleeding. I don’t care how old the kid is - that’s not right.

That’s a cute argument, but facile. Regardless of how you judge the appropriateness of what Peterson did, while quite painful a switch has essentially zero chance of deep physical wounds, much less fatal ones.
