I cant explain it exactly, but visually, I find Todd difficult to watch. Not weird like Trivago-guy, but there’s something about him, sloppy looking is the best description I can up with.

Many interviewees are probably wary of facing five interviewers, including one ‘conservative’ representative, competing with each other on gotcha questions.
It’s much safer to say. “I’ll come on for a solo interview.”
