No, the combined Saudi-Pakistani attack on New York should have ended Muslim immigration AND should have cancelled all green cards and visas held by Muslims.
In addition to several other OBVIOUS measures, none of which happened.

And before my fellow FReepers rip me to shreds for trying to define moderates, please know that I agree 120% with what Jim Noble says. I live close enough to NYC that I could smell the fire on the day after 9/11. Greasy smell, like meat burning on the barbecue. I know it was human beings and I still well up just thinking about it. People in my town got killed, including a young man on my street who was an only child (his mother is one of the Jersey Girls).
So I hear this loud & clear, and agree that all Muslim immigration should have been stopped after 9/11. Not all Muslims are bad, but it’s the only way to stay safe.
