We were all staggered by that statistic... looks like we might be capturing that heretofore passive chunk of the electorate, and this is as terrifying to the Left as the hispanics throwing their support to Cruz. Cruz can persuade multi-millions off the couch, giving these two demographics something to vote FOR.
Of course the Left is going after him. But the people who will be affected by the attacks were never going to vote for him in the first place, so no net for the RATS.

But wait, they both spent a lot of time in churches around then, so they’ve got that similarity going for them. So their reverends might have focused on different liturgical lessons...
And then of course they both were known gay cruisers even though married to women, so limo drivers knew where to head (whoops, unintentional) when wealthy gays came into town to play, and both loved these kind of meet and “greet” evenings... Oh, wait.
