Sorry but the law in Texas seems to clearly define it as a felony to injure a child.

Then the law’s wrong. Education should come first before criminal indictment.

It’s probably true that Peterson was switched as a kid and was just practicing what he knew.

Teach him something new. Put him in a class. Do under a different class of legal code, though.

In my humble opinion. I’ve been a counselor a long time. Education does really impact people sometimes, so in my opinion they should get that chance first.
