I don’t think a stay can be put on a 7th Circuit ruling by a federal judge. Can someone with more knowledge of the law assist here?

I believe their only avenues of recourse are petitioning the 7th Circuit en banque, or placing a direct appeal before a US Supreme Court Justice.

Any one else?
