This is more Patriot Act surveillance state fall-out...read the story, the Rat-contolled Congress passed the amendment that led to this and then Bush signed it.
Calling the Patriot Act “Patriot” was as weasel-ly as you can get. The intention was that anybody who questions or opposed it was not patriotic. No patriot could possibly object to the “Patriot” Act. Kinda like the Affordable Care Act. Hint: Bills/Acts are exactly the opposite of what they are named.
