It’s actually libel.
The way you remember is “slander is said”, “libel is in the library.”
You are generally correct though. If it’s not true she can take them to court.
But we all know this is probably true.

I don’t see the negative of this. She fights for her family, her beliefs and her country. Her quitting the governorship is a negative; this is not.
