The commies (these commission "leaders") know that people are easier to control and enslave when they are wacked out on drugs. People who are high all of the time don't care much about things like freedom and liberty.

So let's support a big fedgov program that creates a gigantic police bureaucracy and tramples multiple sections of the Constitution.

That will surely enhance freedom and liberty.
