Mr. Johnson said retailers should be trained to look for anyone who buys a lot from what he described as a “long list of materials that could be used as explosive precursors.”That's why I buy all of my explosives precursors one at a time from different retailers over several months and pay cash.

I get mine at garage sales and from pawn shops. But Amazon has some really good deals on C4 from time to time.
