What is your time estimate for the completion of South Stream which bypasses Ukraine entirely?
I see a portion of it in operations by early 2016 and complete capacity by early 2018. The pipeline is built in 4 strings.
The first string will carry approximately 1/10 the gas Russia currently supplies to Europe. When all is completed, the total line would equal about 3/4 of the gas moved through Ukraine.
