It doesn't look like she has any real answers. She sees factionalism as a problem but doesn't provide any way to overcome it.
I think I know. She wants real people who care. Unfortunately those types can't be bought by liberal elite fat cats... there will never be a left wing 'tea party'...
She may be thinking about people who become labor organizers or community organizers or activists. There aren't enough people like that to win elections (outside Vermont maybe) and they don't have enough money to make much of a difference.
The positions you mentions are all PAID positions. This isn't the 60's...
