President Obama’s hair, (like the locks of most of the presidents in their second terms,) has turned white.

In his case, he ‘tweaks’ the color of his hair to indicate how hard he is working and all the pressure and strain he is under.
Recently,since his regime is in full blown race baiting mode, it looks like he has taken to the tanning bed and wearing colors to bring out his blackness.
It’s all about something he claims he really doesn’t care about...optics.
