Yeah, why can’t I set-up my hot dog cart in front of Burger King, McDonalds or KFC?

I go through this when the immigrants push their POS unsanitary carts with crushed ice in trash bags, unrefrigerated flavor syrups, trash bags full of pork rinds , etc. around the neighborhood selling their crap.

I call the P.D. and complain but they blow me off saying the people are just trying to make a living. They get upset when I ask for their name and badge number and want to know why, I tell them I want to quote the city authority correctly when I tell the licensing bureau why my wife won't have to pay for a business license.
