Boats are a maintenance nightmare. They’re going to have a tough time keeping them running without constant attention to the mechanicals. That’s just the nature of boats, and the larger they are the more maintenance they require.

If you’re only gonna use it one time for some nefarious deed, maintaining it isn’t an issue. Hmmmm. Do you suppose any of those al queda types know how to operate a boat?
