Taylor will likely come back and say that he cannot perform the duties of the office due to some terrible trauma in his personal life, a bad case of hemorrhoids, or some such excuse. At that point, Kobach will have to rule on the request. He will probably say no, and lawyers will be standing by outside the offices of their favorite Lib judge with a petition for an immediate injunction. Fur will fly. My guess is that he stays on the ballot.
The best part is getting the Democrats with their big lawsuit to give more publicity to the fact that Orman is a liberal and backed by the Kansas Democrat party.
