The Washington Times reports that according to Border Patrol statistics, most of the so-called “children” apprehended in the recent border rush are actually entire families. The parents send the kids across---as a PR ploy---then reunite with them later.

Less than one-fourth of all those apprehended are unaccompanied alien children from Central America. “The number of illegally arriving families shot up five times faster than unaccompanied alien children arrivals over last year”

CIS reports: “There is little evidence to suggest that the recent arrivals are victims of trafficking, which involves coercion. Instead, "impoverished" families are willing participants in smuggling operations, having paid smugglers (up to $10,000) to bring them into the United States. ..ICE explains, “Human trafficking and human smuggling are distinct criminal activities, and the terms are not interchangeable.”

THEIR ONLY GOAL IS TO GET ON THE US GRAVY TRAIN BY ANY MEANS POSSIBLE including: (1) falsifying official documents, (2) giving false info to US authorities, (3) stealing SS nos, (4) faking multiple identities, (5) receiving govt monies under false pretenses, (6)falsifying tax returns to get EITC refunds, (7) money-laundering via remittanced to homelands, (8) colluding w/ criminal drug cartels to violate US borders......prolly aiding and abetting by carrying drugs into the US.

I look at the maps and think of a two tanks full of very different liquids with a solid partition separating them.

What happens when the partition is removed?

I guess that depends on what the liquids are, but one or both won't be as before.

That's great, if that's what you want, but, again, one, or more likely both, of what was will be forever lost in the resulting transformation.

Let's hope removing the partition is not yet another give away "trade" of something precious, priceless and one of a kind for something common, crude, poisonous and likely fatal.

Better yet, fix the partition!
