Everyone has confused the Baltic sea with the Balkan sea at least once You think that's ignorance on Madcow's part? I still can't remember which pole the polar bears inhabit.
Furthemore, if someone tells me on this thread, I likely won't remember it this time next week.

There's polar bears and penguins.
The polar bears are big guys so they are always on the top. The penguins are little guys so they have to be on the bottom.
It's just the natural order of things.
