I'm shocked Obama is doing ANYTHING to combat ISIS and I'm still suspicious if he is.

Political pressure is forcing him to appear to be doing something. I'm sure he's dragging his feet and doing as little as possible. Once we're past the midterm elections, he can resume his normal stance of "who cares".
