That money is suppose to go to the child (food, clothing, therapy [what Medicaid doesn’t pay for], and other necessities) - again, people abusing the govt entitlement program and getting away with it because of these liberal and progressive scum...
Descent people need to adopt at least one child - set the program right and drive out these idiots.
