Open primaries are a joke. The RNC doesn't control that, your Republican State Committee does.
If you and your ilk can't infiltrate and comandeer that, then you are truly powerless (not in the game).
when a conservative does win a nomination, the GOP generally pouts and stomps their feet and abandons them.
If you control the State Committee, that won't happen at the state level. The RNC is only so helpful anyway.
Your conservative GOP candidate will need your help raising money from other sources....you know, the old fashioned way.
I will support a conservative candidate, and have, knocking on doors etc...
Regardless of party.
I've also campaigned AGAINST certain liberal republican candidates. It was good to see them fired.
It's not that I'm not in the game, I'm just not going to play by the crooked GOP-E rules.
That's why I'm willing to not vote for the pub in the general election.
It's a two-way street.
