Russia is a kleptocracy run by "former" KGB and Communists. Communism itself they still promote throughout the world and within the United States.
Kleptocracy is what we and the Europeans are evolving into as well except using the central banks. As with Russia it is a separate problem, separate from Russian nationalism. I don’t actually know (or care) how to solve Russian nationalism in countries like Ukraine, but I do know that we can’t fix it.
