Aug 29 (Reuters) - Seven NATO allies plan to create a new rapid reaction force of at least 10,000 soldiers as part of plans to boost NATO defences in response to Russia's intervention in Ukraine, the Financial Times reported on Friday.

Of the seven countries only Estonia carries its own weight as far as defense spending goes, and that's not saying much.

All this does is highlight NATO’s weakness. A short division hobbled by multi national differences (look up “National Caveats”) placed in opposition to a Russian Army of ~ 285,000 operating next door to their lines of communication?!
This doesn’t even rate as a full sized speed bump
