I actually pray for God to protect him--because an assassination would make him an INSTANT MARTYR! And tear this nation so far apart it would NEVER recover.

Beg to differ, Not going to happen......When the recent democratic Presidents physically leave 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, they are always close by, think Carter, the Clintons, and soon to be Obama. The only way we would ever get rid of them is when they die of natural causes. That’s one thing I can say about when a Republican President leaves 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, they leave and don’t continually try to dictate policy.
