Lopez felt it was impossible to understand why the president and some of his top appointees, such as CIA Director John Brennan, who is believed to be a Muslim convert, “consistently seem to apologize for Islam....." Brennan, at the very least, is incompetent. He was CIA station chief in Riyadh during the Khobar towers bombing. There were multiple warnings and signs of an attack prior to the incident. If not for the actions of an alert Air Force Staff Sergeant, the casualties would have been much worse.
