In Manhattan it is a regular occurrence. Also, I hate to be the one who notices this but eight times out of ten (at least) its a black guy doing it . . .
It depends on where you go. I experienced catcalls in NY and Baltimore, and that’s about it. Men in rural areas are more civilized.
