How many people die and are buried, or not, out where there are no medical services to confirm?

Enough that the death toll would be shockingly higher if these cases were reported in the WHO totals.
That’s what I believe.
I think the reported cases are just the tip of the iceberg.
I think it’s far worse and either they really don’t know, or they do and do not want to report it for fear of spreading panic.
