The judge ordered the cops to return my silencer and rifle. I will pick them up on 8-29-14 at 10am. Expect me downtown after I pick them up.

There needs to be compensation for these clear abuses of authority.
Yes, we can carry in the open. Not so sure about walking downtown with a black suppressed rifle; it can only have the effect of creating a problem.
The rifle was unloaded, with no magazine, inside of a sealed locked hard case. I was handing out second amendment leaflets shown in the video. If the First and second Amendment protect anything they protect what I did.

He could read, but added a bunch of his own extraneous opinion. I walked around downtown Nashville a couple of hours today w/o issue. I carried the cased rifle and silencer. I wore a bullet proof vest and handed out leaflets.
