Britons are to be the first in the world to test a new vaccine against the deadly ebola virus.
Just how many Britons (living in England I assume), get exposed to Ebola? Why wouldn't they test it in Africa?

They vaccinate Britons with the new drug then expose them to Ebola to see if it works. You can do that in Reykjavik or South Georgia.

get exposed to Ebola?

Vaccines can be tested without exposing anyone to a live virus.
