Aren’t judges supposed to stomp on these charades, which make a mockery of the legal system by establishing false precedent? (I know, they’re corrupt, too, for the most part).
As far as I can guess..... Since it is an out of court settlement judges rarely intervene. This settlement fine tunes some Federal regulations in away that makes the ACLU, The Justice Department and La Raza very happy
