You're right. If Romney was prez, this article would have come out and the GOP woulda been falling all over themselves to pass legislation to prove they are concerned about globull warming and communities of color. That's one reason the GOP loses on almost every issue - they let the left frame the argument, and spend the rest of the time playing defense. Not a winning strategy. Then again, if anyone can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, it's the GOP.
