I think this is a very good idea. Why? It will save trees!
Yes, that’s right! Save trees.
If your car automatically tracks you for the U.S. Gestapo it will do away with their future plans to ask for your “papers” when you left a controlled area to visit friends or go to the store. It will save manpower by eliminating the manpower to actually check your papers (two to hold you while one checks the validity of your papers).
See, it’s not so bad after all. Get in a single line and keep your mouths shut and don’t say anything the government disapproves of. Look straight ahead and move along.

This is thoroughly disgusting.
What's next? Quartering of soldiers?

Freedom vs. shiny objects.
The majority choose shiny objects.
They failed to realize that when you choose the shiny objects, the ones who gave then to you take everything away.

Congressmen and federal employees will be exempted from this.

Seriously, how do they plan to collect, store & retrieve all this data?NSA Data Storage Facility, Utah.
Seagate has a new 8-terabyte hard drive out. Wouldn't take a whole bunch of them to deal with this.

Just turn off the jammer.
You can even spoof the jammer to show that is is elsewhere. Very easy to do.

Pretty much all cars are already Faraday cages. Just drag a wire on the ground . . . . . to ground.
