Meh. Since the mid-1980’s I’ve called southern California “Northern Mexico”.
It’s only gotten worse. Anyone who visits there from other parts of the country knows what I’m talking about. You don’t see it when you are around it every day. You are the frog being slowly boiled alive.
On the plus side, if California is “another Mexico” then there should be no problem transferring Marine Sgt. Andrew Tahmoorsessi here.
