Ma’ale Adumim is a major Israeli city of over 40,000 people, a cery- near- suburb of Jerusalem (essentially a continuation of, adjacent to Jerusalem). As such, it will continue to enjoy and develop economically and in all other signficant ways...with or without this factory. Lehavim has some 7,000 people in the northern Negev desert. As a developing city not immmediately adjacent to Jerusalem (or Tel Aviv), it could probably make good use of these 900 jobs. My conclusion... this is not a big problem. And, this company continues to enjoy signficant public favor for its products, so we can expect it to further expand and, probably, hire even more people in the next few years.

Not a big problem for the company, but I would not say that the 900 Palestinian workers got a good deal.
