Isreal has three of the initial Dolphins in service.

All three of the initial subs, based on a large modification to the German Type 209 subs (500 tons larger and 12 meters longer) have four 533mm torpedo tubes and four, larger 650mm tube. The mallee tubes are for regulate torpedoes and other weapons. The Rueger tubes can launch missiles, lie Tomahawks, or the Israeli built, Popeye Turbo cruise missile, which is a nuclear armed missile.

The new Dolphin II subs are similarly armed, but are based on the newer, more stealthy German Type 212 subs and have Air Independent Propulsion (AIP). Two of them are actually already built and have been delivered to Israel and are undergoing trials. Only the third is still building.

Huh? The Dolphin IIs are modified German Type 209 submarines. Guess what the Egyptians have? Modified German Type 209 subs. The Israeli subs are a bit larger and presumably more advanced, but the box is basically the same.
